X-Moto is a challenging 2D motocross platform game, where physics play an all
important role in the gameplay. You need to control your bike to its limit, if
you want to have a chance finishing the more difficult of the challenges.
Xchomp is a game closely patterned after Pac-Man(tm) that runs under the
X window system. I've tried to make the game as close as possible to the
original Pac-Man. However, I have not seen a Pac-Man arcade machine for
years, so all the elements of the game have been recalled from memory.
Xrobots puts you into a world of evil robots (but in an X window, of course).
It's your intellect against the robots, who have numbers on their side.
Fortunately for you, these robots have a bad habit of crashing into each other,
destroying themselves and temporarily improving your chances of survival.
XJig is a puzzle, that tries to replicate a jigsaw puzzle on the
screen as close as possible. Gif-images can be loaded and sliced
into pieces and as in every jigsaw puzzle, the goal is to
set the parts together again.
Masterball is a puzzle similar in nature to the famous Rubik's Cube.
The original puzzle has 8 sectors on a sphere (longitudinal cuts),
with each sector divided into 4 segments (latitudinal cuts).
By building from the source and editing its Imakefile before the
``build'' phase, you may be able to use Motif or LessTif with this port.
xmille - X window mille bourne game
Xmille brings up a window for a mille bourne game. When selecting one
of your cards, the left button plays the card, the right button
discards the card and the middle button chooses whichever is appropriate,
first trying to play the card, and then discarding it
Ideal's The Missing Link, a 4x4 puzzle, riding on the wave of Rubik's
Cube craze. There are many variations on this theme, including the "6x6"
puzzle and Babylon Tower. What makes the Missing Link a harder puzzle to
solve is that the 2 center positions rotate together.
Trojka is a game of skill. The aim of the game is to control and place
falling blocks so that you get three patterns or colors in a row,
horizontally or diagonally. These patterns then disappear, the above
blocks collapse and you get points.
Way before Lara Croft, back in the 1980's and early 1990's, Rick
Dangerous was the Indiana Jones of computer games, running away from
rolling rocks, avoiding traps, from South America to a futuristic
missile base via Egypt and the Schwarzendumpf castle.
xrick is a clone of Rick Dangerous. Written entirely in C, it relies on
the Simple DirectMedia Layer library.
A gravity game with addictive gameplay and bad implementation
You are the hyperspace delivery boy, use your spaceship to travel
between space bases in strange places where few people have been
before you.
A fun to play gravity game with built in level editor.
All in glorious 70s style vector graphics.
