This is a port for Wikimedia Commons, or MediaWiki similar installations
power users, to allow bulk images upload to a wiki from the command line.

Cuttlefish produces animated GIFs that reveal the interplay
between the diurnal and geographical patterns of displayed
data. By showing how the Sun's shadow covers the world map,
cuttlefish yields a direct feeling for the time of day at
a given geographic region, while moving graphs illustrate
the relationship between local time and the visualized
events.
Evince is a document viewer for multiple document formats including PDF and
Postscript. The goal of evince is to replace document viewers such as ggv and
gpdf with a single, simple application.

FotoFix is a simple image viewer with simple capabilities to take care
of freshly downloaded photos from your camera - can walk image lists,
rotate images, and remove red eyes (if lucky). It was inspired by
IrfanView for Windows, a great but unfortunately non-portable and
closed-source product.
Fraqtive is a program for drawing Mandelbrot and Julia fractals. It uses a
very fast algorithm and generates high quality, smooth images. It is fully
interactive, allowing for real-time mouse navigation and dynamic generation
of the Julia fractal preview. OpenGL-rendered 3D view of the fractals is
also supported.
GEGL (Generic Graphics Library) is a graph based image
processing framework.
GEGL provides infrastructure to do demand based cached
non destructive image editing on larger than RAM buffers.
Through babl it provides support for a wide range of color
models and pixel storage formats for input and output.
epstool - Create or extract preview bitmaps in EPS files.

feh is a versatile and fast image viewer using imlib2, the
premier image file handling library. feh has many features,
from simple single file viewing, to multiple file modes using
a slideshow or multiple windows. feh supports the creation of
montages as index prints with many user-configurable options.
GLFW is a free, Open Source, multi-platform library for OpenGL application
development that provides a powerful API for handling operating system specific
tasks such as opening an OpenGL window, reading keyboard, mouse, joystick and
time input, creating threads, and more.
A simple graphics library, designed to give the programmer access to
most interesting parts of the Win32 Graphics Device Interface and X11
library without exposing the programmer to the pain and anguish usually
associated with using these interfaces. The library also includes a
module Graphics.SOE providing the interface used in "The Haskell School
of Expression", by Paul Hudak.
