Vii (pronounced seven) is a simple program which accepts input from the
standard input and displays pages of the input on the terminal.
These pages are delimited by form-feeds (or EOF). The display can be scrolled
if the output is wider or longer than the screen.
Vii can also repeatedly execute a command (at a configurable interval) and the
most recent output is displayed. This is useful for status monitoring where the
command itself does not have a repeatable or curses interface.
Mguesser is a utility which guesses the corresponding charset and
language for the data piped from standard input.
This module provides methods for reading information from and modifying
a RADIUS users text file.

Text::Language::Guess guesses a document's language. Its implementation
is simple: Using "Text::ExtractWords" and "Lingua::StopWords" from CPAN,
it determines how many of the known stopwords the document contains for
each language supported by "Lingua::StopWords".
Each word in the document recognized as stopword of a particular
language scores one point for this language.
The "language_guess()" function takes a document as a parameter and
returns the abbreviation of the language that it is most likely written
in.
Converts the EOL and EOF conventions in the passed string to a
canonicalization form that handles 'mixed' EOL conventions.
Http_post does a POST operation and dumps the results to stdout. This supports
ipv6 and https (SSL).
