pkg_cleanup finds packages that are not requested by any other installed package and lets you decide for each one if you want to keep it or delete it. This is the GPL'd 7th edition of the very well known English-Russian dictionary by V.K.Mueller. It is arranged as single text file with cyrillic letters KOI8-R encoded. Transcription symbols correspond to the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) standard. There is also a simple dictionary search utility is included in this port. This module includes cyrillic string conversion functions from one and to another charset, to upper and to lower case without locale switching. Also included single-byte charsets detection routine. It is easy to add new code pages. For this purpose it is necessary only to add appropriate string of a code page.

ObsPy is an open-source project dedicated to provide a Python framework for processing seismological data. It provides parsers for common file formats, clients to access data centers and seismological signal processing routines which allow the manipulation of seismological time series (see Beyreuther et al. 2010, Megies et al. 2011). The goal of the ObsPy project is to facilitate rapid application development for seismology.
