uhttpmock is a HTTP web service mocking project for projects
which use libsoup. It is still in its infancy, but is
already used by https://wiki.gnome.org/libgdata for unit testing.
A set of two tools to URL encode and URL decode any stream of data, either
from the command line or from standard input.
See RFC 1738, section 2.2, for an eplanation of URL encoding.
A semi-automatic newsgroup binary downloader. It assembles parts based
on subject headers and then offers them in an editor for the user to
choose which files he really wants.
Based on a given regular expression and news group, newsgrab will
connect to your NNTP server and download all the binaries in articles
that match the given regexp and uudecode them.
Newspost is a full-featured Usenet binary autoposter. It is meant as
an all-in-one posting solution. In addition to posting files, it can
post text prefixes, and generate and post .SFV files and .PAR volumes.
NzbPerl is a perl script for downloading nzb files. It supports automated
parsing and sorting of nzb files, multiple servers, automated downloading,
assmbling and decoding of message parts, and has user controlled bandwidth
throttling during runtime.
This is a port of plor (which stands for Prosa Offline Linux Reader).
Plor reads soup and qwk message packets. It is alpha software.
You can use this as an alternative to the slnr package.
S-news is a simple news server for hosts with one or two users. It is intened
to supply spool and offline news reading for a configured selection of
newsgroups. S-news does the minimum required to maintain a conventional news
spool and makes use of suck for news transport.

It provdes a NNTP service and /var/spool/news for local news readers.
It supports any number of incoming news feeds via NNTP either by IHAVE or
suck(1).
Outgoing news feeds are made from locally posted articles and reposted remotly
by rpost(1).
It expires articles by how long they have been in the spool.
It has NNTP access configuration to allow and deny read, post and transfer
access to remote hosts.
It is very light weight and relatively easy to configure.
QFaktury is a polish free invoincing system running on Windows,
Linux, BSD and Mac OS X. Supports invoice, pro forma invoice and
invoice correction printing. Stores database of invoices, goods and
contractors.
CUPS Cloud Print is a Google Cloud Print driver for UNIX-like operating
systems. It allows any application which prints via CUPS to print to
Google Cloud Print directly.
