ezXML is a C library for parsing XML documents inspired by simpleXML for PHP.
As the name implies, it's easy to use. It's ideal for
parsing XML configuration files or REST web service responses.
It's also fast and lightweight (less than 20k compiled).
The GNOME Doc Utils is a collection of documentation utilities for the GNOME
project. Notably, it contains utilities for building documentation and all
auxiliary files in the source tree, and it contains the DocBook XSLT
stylesheets that were once distributed with Yelp. Starting with GNOME 2.8, Yelp
require GNOME Doc Utils for the XSLT.

This utility exists in the FreeBSD base collection, but the GNU
versions have added functionality that is sometimes useful.
Note that this port will install this utility with a `g' prefix,
for example gsed, but the texinfo documentation will refer to these
utilities without the `g' prefix.
GutenMark is a tool for automatically creating high-quality HTML (or LaTeX)
markup from Project Gutenberg etexts. In combination with other freely-
available conversion tools, GutenMark can convert Project Gutenberg etexts
into publication-quality Postscript or PDF, for print-on-demand applications.
This conversion is completely automatic, without manual markup or editing.
This library parses and dumps documents that are formatted according to
RFC 4180, "The common Format and MIME Type for Comma-Separated Values
(CSV) Files". This format is used, among many other things, as a lingua
franca for spreadsheets, and for certain web services.
Pdfgrep is a tool to search text in PDF files. It works similar to grep.

ack is a grep-like program with optimizations for searching through large
trees of source code.

* Highlights matched text
