to use the Smarty templating engine. It has unparalleled extendability and

Kallithea is a fast and powerful management tool for Mercurial and Git with a
built-in push/pull server, full text search and code-review. It works on
http/https and has a built in permission/authentication system with the ability
to authenticate via LDAP or ActiveDirectory. Kallithea also provides simple API
so it's easy to integrate with existing external systems.
Kallithea is similar in some respects to GitHub or Bitbucket, however Kallithea
can be run as standalone hosted application on your own server. It is
open-source donationware and focuses more on providing a customised,
self-administered interface for Mercurial and Git repositories. Kallithea works
on Unix-like systems and Windows, and is powered by the vcs library created by
Lukasz Balcerzak and Marcin Kuzminski to uniformly handle multiple version
control systems.
Kallithea was forked from RhodeCode in July 2014 and has been heavily modified.

Python Paste brings consistency to Python web development and web
application installation, providing tools for both developers and
system administrators.
These provide several pieces of "middleware" (or filters) that can be
nested to build web applications. Each piece of middleware uses the
WSGI (PEP 333) interface, and should be compatible with other
middleware based on those interfaces.
Load, configure, and compose WSGI applications and servers
Paste Deployment is a system for finding and configuring WSGI
applications and servers. For WSGI application consumers it provides a
single, simple function (loadapp) for loading a WSGI application from
a configuration file or a Python Egg. For WSGI application providers
it only asks for a single, simple entry point to your application, so
that application users don't need to be exposed to the implementation
details of your application.
The result is something a system administrator can install and manage
without knowing any Python, or the details of the WSGI application or
its container.
This tool provides code to load WSGI applications and servers from
URIs; these URIs can refer to Python Eggs for INI-style configuration
files. Paste Script provides commands to serve applications based on
this configuration file.
