Acme::Comment allows multi-line comments which are filtered out.
Unlike the pseudo multi-line comment if (0) {}, the code being
commented out need not be syntactically valid.
Poe: A Pugnacious Ogg Editor. Poe is a vorbis comment editor. It tries to
follow the vorbis comment header specification closely, while being convenient
and flexible to use. Towards that end, it doesn't have a static 'form' style
interface. Instead, it has an editable table of comments. The contents of the
table change dependent upon preference settings, and what comments are in the
ogg file you are editing.

comment as spam/false postivie.
The Ini file manager consists of a package, Config, which can read or write
informations from various configuration files known as "ini" files because
they have often the ".ini" extension. They are text files which look like
the following:

For more examples in this format, just search files with the .ini extension
on a Windows-based computer.
Audiotag is a command-line tool for mass tagging/renaming of audio files
it supports the vorbis comment, id3 tags, and MP4 tags.
GeanyGenDoc is a plugin for Geany that aims to help code documentation
by automatically generating documentation comment basis from the
source code.
pkg_cleanup finds packages that are not requested by any other installed
package and lets you decide for each one if you want to keep it or delete it.
It also allows viewing the package comment and description.
This program is essentially a clone of pkg_rmleaves except that it shows
the comment and description of packages and does not support GUI dialog(1)
implementations.
Portsearch allows searching for ports that install some file, like
``find /usr/ports -name pkg-plist |xargs grep pattern''
but honoring PLIST_(FILES|DIRS) and %%FOOBAR%% variables.

code in many programming languages.
