A Python extension embedding SWI-Prolog
PyProlog is a Python extension that permits direct access to an
embedded PROLOG. The extension lends Python the efficient unification
and backtracking of PROLOG, and allows a programmer to instrument
Python classes with PROLOG code. Callbacks from PROLOG to Python are
also supported.

Quack enhances Emacs support for Scheme programming. Quack is layered
atop the standard packages `cmuscheme.el', by Olin Shivers, and
`scheme.el', by Bill Rozas and Dave Love.
RegUtil is an implementation of IBM's RexxUtil for Regina. According to
the author, it is not complete; however, it implements a large number of
the RexxUtil functions, and is very useful.
Note that any scripts which load RegUtil must be run with the 'regina'
command, rather than 'rexx'; the latter does not support the use of
external function packages.

Scala is a general purpose programming language designed to express
common programming patterns in a concise, elegant, and type-safe
way. It smoothly integrates features of object-oriented and functional
languages, enabling Java and other programmers to be more productive.
Code sizes are typically reduced by a factor of two to three when
compared to an equivalent Java application.
StarLogo is a specialized version of the Logo programming language written
in Java. See:
For more details.
SketchyLISP is an embeddable interpreter for a purely applicative
dialect of Scheme. It may be considered an implementation of pure
LISP plus global definitions and some input/output functions.
This package contains the SketchyLISP interpreter and library,
the manual, and example programs.
From the web site:
Tuareg is a Caml mode for GNU Emacs and XEmacs. It handles automatic
indentation of OCaml and Camllight codes. Key parts of the
code are hilighted using Font-Lock. Support to run an interactive
Caml toplevel and debbuger is provided.
This mode attempts to give better results than the one provided in
the standard distribution of OCaml. Indentation rules are slightly
different but closer to classical functional languages.
There is no relation with the Tuareg People, except their reputation
of great CAMEL riders and breeders.

ATLAST is an attempt to make software component technology and open
architecture applications commonplace in the mainstream software
market. It is both a software component which can be readily
integrated into existing applications, providing them a ready-made
macro language and facilities for user extension and customisation
and, at the same time, it is a foundation upon which new applications
can be built in an open, component-oriented manner.
