A small browser window is displayed to show the number of unread message
in a users inbox. The page is refreshed at user defined intervals, and will
restore itself from minimized if there are unread messages,
optionally playing a sound file. Requires Javascript on the browser.
libcmime is a lightweight mime library, written in C. It attempts to
be a general library for parsing and creating mime email messages and
is designed to provide an easy to use and easy to integrate interface
for developers. libcmime is a pretty fresh project so the library is
still in beta state and there will be early and frequent releases.
The Gnome Gmail Notifier project aims to provide a stable, efficient
GTK+2.0 application that provides periodic updates that pertain to the
user's gmail inbox.
The Notifier presents itself as a system tray icon in the GNOME2
desktop, displaying a small balloon popup when the user recieves new
mail.
Provides a framework to perform Non-negative Matrix Factorization
(NMF). The package implements a set of already published algorithms
and seeding methods, and provides a framework to test, develop and
plug new/custom algorithms. Most of the built-in algorithms have
been optimized in C++, and the main interface function provides an
easy way of performing parallel computations on multicore machines.
Algae is a programming language for numerical analysis. It was written in
the Boeing Company to fulfill their need for a fast and versatile tool,
capable of handling large systems. Algae has been applied to interesting
problems in aerospace and related fields for more than a decade.
This is a port of Clp (Coin-or linear programming), which is an open-source
linear programming solver written in C++. It is primarily meant to be used as
a callable library, but a basic, stand-alone executable version is also
included.
vector-space provides classes and generic operations for vector spaces
and affine spaces in Haskell. It also defines a type of infinite towers
of generalized derivatives. A generalized derivative is a linear
transformation rather than one of the common concrete representations
(scalars, vectors, matrices, etc).
libranlip is a C++ library created by G. Beliakov, which generates random
variates with arbitrary Lipschitz-continuous densities via the acceptance /
rejection method. The density should have a dimension of no more than about
five. The user needs to supply the density function using a simple syntax, and
then call the methods of construction and generation provided in libranlip.
GMP is a free library for arbitrary precision arithmetic, operating
on signed integers, rational numbers, and floating point numbers.
There is no limit to the precision except the ones implied by the
available memory in the machine GMP runs on. GMP has a rich set of
functions, and the functions have a regular interface.
This port compiles libgmp using MinGW32.
This module is about the native floating point numerical
data type. A floating point number is one of the types of
datum that can appear in the numeric part of a Perl scalar.
This module supplies constants describing the native floating
point type, classification functions, and functions to
manipulate floating point values at a low level.
