ifstat is a tool to report network interfaces bandwith just like vmstat/iostat
do for other system counters.
kissd is a multi-threaded daemon for providing multimedia files to the KiSS
DP-50x range of DVD/DivX players.
Net-Works provides a APIs for IP addresses and networks
similar to NetAddr::IP, but claims to be cleaner.
ladvd is a minimal link layer advertisement daemon which supports
sending LLDP, CDP, EDP, FDP and NDP advertisements.

utility functions used as foundation for feng, libnemesi, felix.
NoCatSplash is a Open Public Network Gateway Daemon. It performs as a
[captive/open/active] portal. When run on a gateway/router on a network,
all web requests are redirected until the client either logs in or clicks
"I Accept" to an AUP. The gateway daemon then changes the firewall rules
on the gateway to pass traffic for that client (based on IP address and
MAC address).
nylon is a Unix SOCKS 4 and 5 proxy server. It is compatible with BSD,
Solaris, HP-UX and Linux 2.2 & 2.4.
OpenSIPS (Open SIP Server) is a mature Open Source implementation
of a SIP server.
It includes application-level functionalities and is the core component
of any SIP-based VoIP solution. With a very flexible and customizable
routing engine, OpenSIPS unifies voice, video, IM and presence
services in a highly efficient way, thanks to its scalable (modular)
design.
It is reliable and fast, for enterprise or carrier-grade use cases.
Net::GrowlClient provides a complete object oriented interface
to send Mac OS X Growl notifications across the network.
Net::Ping::External is a module which interfaces with the "ping"
command on many systems. It presently provides a single function,
ping(), that takes in a hostname and (optionally) a timeout and
returns true if the host is alive, and false otherwise. Unless you
have the ability (and willingness) to run your scripts as the
superuser on your system, this module will probably provide more
accurate results than Net::Ping will.
