This metaport installs the pieces of the GNOME 3 desktop that
are needed to provide a functional desktop. The x11/gnome3
meta port, contains the full version of the GNOME 3 desktop environment.

gsynaptics is a setting tool for Synaptics Touchpad
driver for XFree86 4.x/XOrg.
wdm -- WINGs Display Manager
wdm was initially called DisplayMaker.
This is a modification of XFree86's xdm package for graphically
handling authentication and system login. Most of xdm has been
preserved (XFree86 3.3.2.3) with the Login interface based on a WINGs
implementation using Tom Rothamel's "external greet" interface.
xtermcontrol enables dynamic control of xterm properties. It makes
it easy to change colors, titles, fonts, and the geometry of a
running xterm, as well as to report the current settings of the
properties. Window manipulations such as (de)iconify, raise and
lower, maximize and restore, and reset are also supported. It also
lets advanced users issue any xterm control sequence.
This port contains the programming reference for accessibility/at-spi.
This is the Gnome Accessibility Project's Assistive Technology
Service Provider Interface. It allows accessibility applications
and assistive technologies to announce their respective existence
to each other.
This port contains the programming reference for accessibility/atk.
The GNOME Accessibility Toolkit (ATK) contains accessibility widgets,
just like GTK contains GUI element widgets. However, ATK's widgets
are platform-independent, so they can be used with Qt, Motif, etc.
