OpenGL-based 3D visualisation tool for source control repositories
OpenGL-based 3D visualisation tool for source control repositories. The repository is displayed as a tree where the root of the repository is the centre, directories are branches and files are leaves. Contributors to the source code appear and disappear as they contribute to specific files and directories.

The Grid Analysis and Display System
The Grid Analysis and Display System (GrADS) is an interactive desktop tool that is used for easy access, manipulation, and visualization of earth science data. The format of the data may be either binary, GRIB, NetCDF, or HDF-SDS (Scientific Data Sets). GrADS has been implemented worldwide on a variety of commonly used operating systems and is freely distributed over the Internet.

CLI utility and library for image scaling and processing
ImageWorsener is a cross-platform command-line utility and library for image scaling and other image processing. It has full support for PNG, JPEG, BMP formats, experimental support for WebP, read-only support for GIF, and limited support for some other image formats. It's not as fast or memory-efficient as some utilities, but it's very accurate.
graphics/jbig2dec-0.13 (Score: 9.2782444E-5)
Decoder implementation of the JBIG2 image compression format
jbig2dec is a decoder implementation of the JBIG2 image compression format. JBIG2 is designed for lossy or lossless encoding of 'bilevel' (1-bit monochrome) images at moderately high resolution, and in particular scanned paper documents. In this domain it is very efficient, offering compression ratios on the order of 100:1.
graphics/jbigkit-2.1 (Score: 9.2782444E-5)
Lossless compression for bi-level images such as scanned pages, faxes
JBIG-KIT implements a highly effective data compression algorithm for bi-level high-resolution images such as fax pages or scanned documents. This is a portable library of compression and decompression functions with a documented interface that can be included into your image or document processing software. Also provided are ready-to-use compression and decompression programs with a simple command line interface (similar to the converters found in Jef Poskanzer's PBM conversion package). JBIG-KIT implements the specification International Standard ISO/IEC 11544:1993 and ITU-T Recommendation T.82(1993), "Information technology - Coded representation of picture and audio information - progressive bi-level image compression", <http://www.itu.ch/itudoc/itu-t/rec/t/t82_23822.html>, which is commonly referred to as the "JBIG standard". JBIG (Joint Bi-level Image experts Group) is the committee which developed this international standard for the lossless compression of images using arithmetic coding. Like the well-known compression algorithms JPEG and MPEG, also JBIG has been developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) (see also <http://www.iso.ch/> and <http://www.itu.ch/>).

Library for parsing and rendering SVG vector-graphic files
The librsvg library is a lightweight library for parsing and rendering vector-graphic files in SVG format (like the ones made by sodipodi). It also includes functions that render anti-aliased fonts using freetype, including caching of glyphs. It is used by Nautilus for drawing vector icons and anti-aliased text.

LCMS is the Little Color Management System, a Color Matching Method (CMM) library which implements fast transforms between ICC profiles. It is released under LGPL with source code and meant to be portable. Color management refers to techniques that ensure consistent color as images are transferred from scanners or cameras to monitors and printers.

Provides easy access to, and manipulation of, the Munsell colours. Provides a mapping between Munsell's original notation (e.g. "5R 5/10") and hexadecimal strings suitable for use directly in R graphics. Also provides utilities to explore slices through the Munsell colour tree, to transform Munsell colours and display colour palettes.
